We want a proven F&I producer with the numbers to back it up. Someone who understands dealership finance, lender relationships, deal structure, F&I products, compliance and funding, but also understands something just as important:

Customers should leave the finance office feeling good about doing business with us.

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Previous automotive dealership Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to document previous production and performance

  
  


• 
  

  Domestic franchise experience preferred, especially Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Stellantis, Ford, Chevrolet or GMC

  
  


• 
  

  Strong PVR and F&I product production

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of automotive lenders, vehicle financing and deal structuring

  
  


• Established lender relationships 


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and communication

  
  


• 
  

  Strong paperwork, compliance and funding follow-up

  
  


• 
  

  Someone who keeps promises and follows through
