What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through financing options, extended warranties, and protection plans with confidence and transparency.
• Turn cash buyers into finance deals to maximize revenue while maintaining a customer-first experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top lenders, banks, and credit unions.
• Work closely with the sales team to structure profitable, win-win deals.
• Ensure all deals are processed accurately and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support and train sales staff on F&I products and best practices.
• Track performance metrics and continuously look for ways to optimize.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                  o Accrual schedule:

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

• 2-3 years in the retail automotive industry 
• Minimum of 1 year finance manager experience with proven track record 
• Strong Negotiation and presentation skills 
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends 
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings. 
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships 
• Professional, well-groomed appearance 
• Background check, reference check, and drug screen required
