Job Description - Automotive Fleet & Commercial Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a talented, goal-driven Fleet & Commercial Sales Consultant to sell Chevrolet, Isuzu, and GMC light and medium duty trucks. If you have a passion for connecting businesses with the right vehicle solutions and the drive to build lasting partnerships, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with local businesses and fleet clients

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer customized vehicle solutions, must be bilingual in Spanish

  • Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals

  • Collaborate with service and fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support

  • Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options

  • Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of proven success in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sale and must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of self-motivation and goal orientation
  • Ability to manage your pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  • CRM experience preferred

    Bonus Points:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience working with dealer management systems (DMS)
