Kunes Nissan of Davenport is seeking a driven, experienced, and results-focused Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader ready to build a winning team culture, drive CSI, and deliver profitability — while working in a high-growth, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all dealership operations: sales, service, parts, and finance
   
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team across all departments
   
• Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and work toward becoming one of the Best Dealerships to Work For
   
• Develop and execute strategies to increase profitability, employee engagement, and community reputation
   
• Partner with corporate leadership to align with group-wide goals and standards
   
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence

Requirements

 Who You Are:

• A seasoned leader with 5+ years in dealership management (GM or GSM-level experience strongly preferred)
   
• You thrive on accountability and performance metrics
   
• You know how to sell, coach, and inspire — and aren't afraid to be on the floor when needed
   
• You bring experience leading through change and growing team engagement
   
• You understand fixed ops, front-end profitability, and customer retention
   
• Experience with Nissan or other import brands is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Total Compensation: $150,000–$300,000+ per year

• Uncapped earnings potential at a high-volume store
