Riverside Automotive in St George and Auto Performance in Provo is seeking an Automotive General Manager to join our team of skilled, hardworking professionals. $80k-$100K plus annually including all benefits depending on experience*. Schedule is M-F, half days on Saturdays (every other.) The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the business and will not only lead and manage all aspects of the shop, but will also sell repairs to clients as needed to help the shop reach its sales goals.  Hiring in both our Provo and St. George Utah Locations.

Automotive General Manager - Essential Duties• Manage All Employees at the Location

  • Estimate work requested and technicians recommended repairs & maintenance. Call customers with estimate and sell repairs.

  • Manage Shop Work-Flow and Fill In as Needed

  • Manage Equipment and shop Maintenance!

  • Ensure Sales Goals & Profitability Goals are Met! 

  • Manage All Costs

  • Maintain Customer Service Excellence

  • Daily book work

  • Motivate technicians to beat flat rate jobs* and done right the first time!

Qualifications:


  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Manager and an Automotive Technician

  • Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree strongly preferred

  • Valid UT Driver's License and a good driving record

  • Strong Mechanical & Electrical diagnostic aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills required

  • Excellent Customer Service skills required

  • Have your own automotive tool set

  • ASE Certifications strongly considered 

  • Professional appearance and work ethic required
