We’re seeking a proven Fixed Ops Director/Manager who is ready to step into a General Manager role at our Columbia campus — home to Chevrolet GMC, CDJR, and Ford, all on one property. This is a rare opportunity to bring fixed absorption and operational discipline to the forefront while learning and growing on the variable side with full executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead, coach, and develop teams across Chevrolet, GMC, CDJR, and Ford.

  Drive fixed absorption, service profitability, and retention while balancing sales and F&I growth.
