Capital Subaru of Greensboro, part of the Capital Automotive Group, is looking for a driven, visionary Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to the next level. Lead and oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administrative functions
Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and operational excellence
Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams across every department
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies that increase vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
Analyze key performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Partner with inventory management to maintain competitive and market-responsive vehicle inventory
Ensure Compliance with All Automotive Regulations, Policies, and Manufacturer Standards
Monitor Dealership Financial Performance and Implement Strategies to Maximize Profitability and Efficiency
Foster a Culture Centered Around Teamwork, Accountability, and Exceptional Customer Experiences
Perform Other Leadership Responsibilities As Needed to Support Dealership Success
Automotive Dealership General Manager Experience Preferred
