We are seeking an accomplished, value-driven General Sales Manager to lead dealership sales operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a proven GSM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and consistently drives profitability, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop all sales departments through hands-on training and deal involvement


• Oversee showroom operations while maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism


• Drive CSI results and implement continuous improvement strategies


• Recruit, train, and manage New & Used Sales, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive Sales


• Conduct regular sales, product, and performance training meetings


• Oversee CRM execution and ensure consistent, effective prospect follow-up


• Deliver a premium vehicle delivery experience, including service introductions


• Achieving dealership and OEM objectives for sales volume, gross profit, and expense control

 Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Sales Manager overseeing variable operations


• Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams


• Strong background in showroom and internet traffic generation


• Experience leading a Business Development Center (BDC)


• Knowledge of used vehicle acquisition and merchandising strategies


• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.


• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
