Automotive Group - Phone Operator

Description of the role:

We are currently looking to fill Phone Operator positions within our Automotive Group team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries


• Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate team member


• Transfer calls to the appropriate department and/or team member


• Provide information about services offered


• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills


• Strong customer service orientation


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills
