Automotive Group Service Scheduling Agent

Description of the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Group Service Scheduling Agent to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Service Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating service appointments for automotive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments


• Coordinate with service technicians and customers to ensure timely appointments


• Manage service schedules efficiently and effectively


• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Previous experience in customer service or scheduling preferred


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus
