Responsibilities:

• Process all new and used vehicle titles, including state DMV paperwork, payoffs, trade-ins


• Ensure timely submission of title documents to customers, banks, and government agencies


• Maintain accurate records for all vehicle transactions


• Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to ensure documentation is complete and compliant


• Monitor the title process to resolve any issues or delays

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk (automotive industry preferred)


• Strong knowledge of DMV regulations and title procedures


• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills


• Proficiency with dealership software systems (CDK) a plus
