Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Service Guest Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service department, ensuring every guest receives prompt, helpful, and professional assistance.
What You'll Do -
As the first point of contact for our service department, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of inbound communications. Your daily tasks will include:
Answering Phone Calls: You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering customer questions about recalls, maintenance schedules, diagnostic services, and specific repair work.
Managing Digital Communications: You'll respond to customer inquiries and service requests via text messages, online chats, and emails, providing detailed and accurate information in a timely manner.
Appointment Scheduling: You'll assist customers in booking, modifying, and confirming service appointments, making sure their experience is seamless and convenient.
Problem-Solving: You'll listen to customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure all inquiries are resolved efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
What We're Looking For -
Customer Service Experience: You have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, with a knack for building rapport and creating a positive experience for every interaction.
Basic Computer Skills: You're comfortable with computers and can quickly learn new software and systems.
Exceptional Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Attention to Detail: You're organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once while ensuring accuracy.
Availability: This is a full-time position with a set schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Automotive service experience or a background in a Business Development Center (BDC) is a plus, but it's not a requirement. We're committed to training the right person who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
