Suntrup Automotive Group, a trusted family-owned dealership with decades of success, is seeking a full-time Manufacture Incentive Clerk to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow with a company that values accuracy, teamwork, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Review and approve all manufacturer incentives included on car deals.

  
  


• 
  

  Submit all required incentive documentation for reimbursement.

  
  


• 
  

  Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to incentive payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with other administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines.

  
  


• 
  

  Accounting knowledge or experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with DealerTrack is a plus.

  
  

Schedule

• 
  

  Full-Time (40 hours/week)

  
  


• 
  

  Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM (flexible)

  
  


• 
  

  Occasional overtime as business needs require.
