The Five Star Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager with an Internet focus to lead our dynamic team, especially with the manufacturer placing a strong emphasis on the Internet showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Desk Manager looking to advance their career in a thriving automotive environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead Management: Assign and manage leads effectively to maximize engagement and conversion, transforming interest into showroom visits while teaching your team to do the same.

Collaboration: Conduct weekly 30-minute meetings and daily one-on-ones with salespeople to enhance lead engagement and foster teamwork.

Deal Structuring: Utilize your expertise to work deals and drive sales success, minimizing the lag time from customer inquiry to sending information, with a strong focus on securing appointments.

Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups on leads. The candidate must be comfortable calling customers and have demonstrated the ability to handle calls effectively.
