Job Description - Automotive Internet Sales Manager




 


About the Role


Stohlman Automotive is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to help grow our sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.


 


In this role, you will work with online customers, answer vehicle questions, schedule appointments, and help drive showroom traffic. We're looking for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities




  • Provide professional and friendly customer service




  • Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries




  • Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs




  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments




  • Meet monthly appointment and sales goals




  • Follow CRM processes using phone calls, texts, emails, and video messages




  • Maintain vehicle information and inventory photos on the dealership website




  • Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments




  • Learn dealership procedures to assist customers efficiently




 


Qualifications




  • Internet sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus




  • Strong communication and customer service skills




  • Customer-focused attitude




  • Ability to work effectively with customers and team members




  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic




  • Basic computer skills, including internet and social media proficiency




  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented




  • Valid driver's license




  • Ability to pass a background check and driving record review




  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
