Automotive Internet Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team here at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota.

This role involves leveraging online internet sales opportunities to generate appointments to sales by engaging with customers and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn about the Toyota product, provide excellent customer service, and be will to take direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize internet lead opportunities 


• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to facilitate sales 


• Generate customer relationships 


• Create appointments 


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system


• Follow the Sales Process as well as the delivery and follow up after sale


• Become Certified in the Toyota Product (we provide the resources needed)

• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of  a team
