City CDJRF is seeking to hire an Inventory Manager to assist in receiving and inspecting new shipments of new and pre-owned cars, enter stock data, move and arrange vehicles to optimize parking lot space, and more! Responsibilities - Inventory Manager:

• Oversee vehicle inventory


• Enter stock data for new and used vehicles into the computer when they are delivered and shipped out


• Keep track of which cars are sold, pending delivery, transferred to another dealer, at another location, currently driven by a customer or used as a loaner or demo car


• Arrange vehicle trades and evaluate new shipments


• Organize and merchandise vehicle inventory on the lot and in the showroom


• Post vehicle information on social media sites


• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated lot areas


• Ensure new vehicles display factory and addendum stickers


• Oversee and maintain keys


• Replace sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory


• Ensure the parking lot is organized, clean, and free from trash and debris

Qualifications:

• Good communication, computer and problem solving skills, able to analyze data


• Energetic, takes initiative, and motivated to succeed
