What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance efficiently, following dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Work  with the latest automotive technology and tools to troubleshoot and solve complex vehicle issues.
• Specialize in critical vehicle systems, including:
  • Engine and transmission
  • Steering and suspension
  • Brakes and electrical
  • Air conditioning and heating
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements through ongoing manufacturer training and certifications.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
