RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers promptly and courteously


• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service


• Maintain organization and control of the loaner vehicle fleet


• Guide customers through the loaner vehicle process, clearly explaining policies, procedures, and payment requirements


• Ensure loaner vehicles are returned in good condition; report any issues or damage to management


• Collaborate effectively with service department staff

REQUIREMENTS

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
