Automotive Loaner Manager

King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347 in Smithtown NY, is seeking to hire a Loaner Vehicle Manager for our Service Department. This is a full time position. 

We are seeking the right candidate who is EXPERIENCED, responsible, reliable, energetic and detail-oriented to join our growing team.

You will be oversee our Service Loaner & Cashier department while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customer expectations.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing our Service Loaner & Cashier department


• Ensure efficient and professional checkout process & customer experience from start to finish


• Assisting customers with our vehicle loaner fleet


• Processing paperwork


• Fleet management


• Work cooperatively with all internal teams


• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Basic computer skills


• Have a valid driver’s license with good driving record


• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team


• Top customer satisfaction skills required


• Ability to multi-task
