Automotive Lot Attendant / Porter

Stohlman Volkswagen is looking for YOU!  We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS in Vienna, VA for the position of a SALES LOT ATTENDANT. 

The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to follow directions in this fast-paced, professional environment.

This is an hourly position.  All applicants will need to have a valid driver's license, be able to provide a motor vehicle driving record, and be willing to consent to a background check.  The ability to operate both an automatic and a manual transmission vehicle is preferred but not required.

Sales Lot Attendant Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License


• Clean Driving Record (w/no DUI within the last 3 years)


• Solid work ethic


• Positive Attitude


• Must be a safe driver.


• Courteous around others, especially customers.


• Basic computer skills


• Strong communication skills


• Willing to consent to a pre employment background screening and motor vehicle records search.


• Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time.


• Be able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.


• The ability to drive both an automatic and a manual transmission vehicle is preferred but not required.

Sales Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and ensure they are always locked.


• Inspect inventory, organize proper placement, and line up units on the lot.


• Frequently check/maintain the cleanliness of the lot, ensure that license plate frames inserts are disposed of properly.


• Make sure that keys are always accounted for.


• Program keys as needed.


• Pick-up and delivery of vehicles as needed.


• Fuel vehicles as needed.
