Position Overview

Hyundai of Greenville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee vehicle organization, inventory flow, and lot presentation. This role is essential to ensuring our dealership operates efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize vehicle inventory across the dealership lot


• Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, labeled, and displayed


• Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries


• Conduct routine lot checks for cleanliness, safety, and appearance


• Assist with receiving new inventory and verifying shipments


• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies


• Prepare vehicles for display, test drives, and customer delivery


• Oversee lot attendants (if applicable) and assign daily tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record


• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods


• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs


• Frequent bending, reaching, and vehicle entry/exit
