We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory, display organization, and the overall appearance of our dealership lot. This position plays a key role in creating a professional first impression for our customers and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

  Manage the organization and flow of all new and pre-owned vehicles on the lot.

  Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and display of vehicles to dealership standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Track and report vehicle inventory movement between departments.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with sales and service teams for vehicle staging, fueling, and delivery preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise lot attendants/porters to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor vehicle keys, dealer plates, and lot security procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with photography, window stickers, and signage as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform regular lot audits to verify vehicle location accuracy.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive lot or inventory management experience preferred.

  Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
