Automotive Lot Person

Job Summary:

Washington Chevy is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Lot Person, Detailer. This full-time position will primarily be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles on the lot, as well as assisting with the detailing of vehicles. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall presentation of our dealership meets the highest standards. Applicants hours will be M-W 8:30-5- Thur 11:30-8-Off Fridays and Saturdays 9-5 

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a part time/full time position., Individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to the hourly wage, We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the dealership lot clean and organized, including sweeping, washing, and removing debris.

• Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report to management.

• Assist with vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, and interior cleaning.

• Move vehicles as needed for lot organization and rotation.

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience working in an automotive dealership or detailing preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
