Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements

  
  


• 
  

  Check, top off, and replace fluids such as engine oil, coolant, brake, and transmission fluids

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect belts, hoses, tires, and other basic vehicle components

  
  


• 
  

  Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate recommended repairs or maintenance needs to service advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document all services performed

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership safety policies and procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area including scrap and debris removal

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely vehicle service

  
  


• 
  

  Continue learning automotive maintenance procedures and best practices

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience as a Lube Technician or automotive maintenance role preferred,

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of basic automotive systems and maintenance services

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to use shop tools and diagnostic equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
