🔧 Responsibilities

• General building maintenance (interior & exterior)


• Light repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)


• Maintain cleanliness of service drive, showroom, and customer areas


• Snow removal, salting, and seasonal upkeep


• Monitor and maintain equipment and systems


• Coordinate with outside vendors when needed


• Assist departments with facility-related needs

✅ Requirements

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred


• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems


• Ability to work independently and stay organized


• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented


• Valid driver’s license
