Job Description

North Park Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced service department. This role is the foundation of our service operations, responsible for performing essential maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections on Lincoln luxury vehicles and a variety of other makes and models. Pay

$19 - $21 per flat rate hour

Work Requirements

• Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX required


•

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  
  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform high-quality oil and filter changes and lubrication services

  
  


• 
  

  Execute thorough multi-point safety inspections, checking all fluid levels and tire pressures

  
  


• 
  

  Perform tire rotations, balancing, and basic repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Perform high quality video inspections

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and document any additional maintenance or repair needs for the Service Advisor

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay in accordance with dealership standards

  
  


• 
  

  Operate a variety of luxury vehicles safely and professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Attend manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on vehicle technology

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous experience in a high-volume lube center or shop is preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Professional, well-groomed appearance consistent with a luxury brand

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
