Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with accuracy, efficiency (productivity).


• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues


• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.)


• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and provide accurate repair time estimates….and maximize Tech Video usage.


• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications


• Fix-It-Right-The-First Time.

Qualifications

• Current MINI Master Training Level and ASE Master Certification (A1–A8) required


• Prior MINI or BMW dealership experience required


• Strong knowledge of service drive and diagnostic processes


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills


• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality


• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and repair procedures


• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment


• Basic computer competency


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 annually ($47 - $52 flag rate per hour) + performance bonuses — Full-time, in-person role.
