Description

We seek an experienced "Master" Level Service Technician who can complete advanced diagnoses and repair Honda vehicles. You may be eligible for up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. We are growing and need additional team players who provide excellent customer service.

• $91,000.00 to $110,000.00 (Flat Rate)

We offer Flexible Schedules That Fit Your Needs. Choose a 40-hour week or a 4/10 schedule, with premium pay on Saturdays. You pick the 3 or 4 days that work best for you. Enjoy complete control over your work hours.

• Sample Schedule - Work Wednesday-Saturday and Off Sunday-Tuesday
• Working Saturday Earns You Premium Pay Above Your Skill Level!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Someone at this level already knows the abilities and capabilities required
• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Participate in Manufacturer Advanced on-going training and certifications
• Be a productive member of your team in the service shop

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4-5 years experience as an Automotive Service Technician or ASE Master Certified required
• Prefer 2 ASE Certifications but not required
• Completion of the Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows driving of customer and company vehicles
