This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a skilled professional who takes pride in precision and is ready to deliver the luxury-level service our Acura guests expect. In this role, you will:

• Perform factory-scheduled maintenance and execute precise Acura diagnostic and repair procedures.

• Test-drive vehicles to accurately identify and diagnose customer concerns.

• Partner and communicate seamlessly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs and additional vehicle needs.

• Work collaboratively as a team player alongside our service department professionals.

• Actively participate in training classes to continuously advance your technical knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest Acura product innovations.

• Maintain effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a relentless focus on providing a world-class service experience.

• Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and a high school diploma (or equivalent).

About You

You are a dedicated professional who treats automotive repair as a craft. You bring a blend of technical expertise, consistency, and a desire to lead by example.

• Technical Expertise: You bring 2–3 years of prior automotive technician experience, a strong knack for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, and hold one or more ASE certifications.

• Consistency & Pride: You are driven to produce high-quality work every day, focusing heavily on "fixing it right the first time" to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

• Leadership Mindset: You are a go-to resource in the shop, ready to answer questions regarding vehicles and dealership procedures. You are highly motivated to utilize our training programs to maintain your Acura Master Technician certification or expand your expert status!
