Westlie Ford Service Dept is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to keep our mobile automotive service schedules running smoothly.

Job Summary:
As a Mobile Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and coordination of our mobile service operations. You will work closely with our service technicians and customers to deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and online booking system.


• Be the main point of contact for customers


• Communicate service updates and arrival times


• Support technicians with scheduling and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask


• Strong computer skills


• Automotive or service coordination experience a plus
