Automotive Mobile Service Mechanic / Technician

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic to join our growing team.

As a Mobile Service Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair work at customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations using a fully equipped mobile service vehicle. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive technician who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Travel to customer locations to perform mobile automotive service and maintenance
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, inspections, filters, wiper blades, software updates, and other light repairs
- Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical concerns
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Operate and maintain a company-provided mobile service vehicle
- Follow manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every service appointment


Qualifications

- Automotive technician experience required
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
- Experience performing maintenance and light repair services
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
