About the Role

Irwin Lincoln Mazda is expanding our service capabilities and seeking an experienced Automotive Mobile Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and light repairs at customer locations. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, customer-focused technician who enjoys variety in their work and the independence of being on the road — backed by the support of a trusted dealership team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Travel to customer homes or workplaces to perform scheduled maintenance and light repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacement, brake service, fluid checks, and minor diagnostics

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and stock the mobile service vehicle with necessary tools, parts, and equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain work performed

  
  


• 
  

  Document all repairs and services according to dealership and manufacturer standards

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure mobile unit cleanliness, safety, and readiness at all times

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with the service department to coordinate parts, scheduling, and job completion

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive repair or maintenance experience

  
  


• 
  

  Manufacturer certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with basic diagnostics and repair equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
