Tom Masano Ford is hiring a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our fast-growing team! This position is ideal for an automotive technician or mobile mechanic who enjoys working independently and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll use a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van to perform light repairs, maintenance, and recall work at customer homes and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and light repairs using diagnostic tools and service equipment
Complete mobile service and recall work according to Ford and dealership standards
Test-drive vehicles to confirm repair accuracy
Communicate with the Service Advisor and Parts Department to ensure efficient scheduling and parts delivery
Provide excellent customer service and represent Tom Masano Ford professionally
Maintain and care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Qualifications
Automotive Technician or Mechanic experience preferred (C or B-level preferred)
Ford Certified Technician experience a plus
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable using tablets and diagnostic software
Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
