Automotive Office Professional

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Automotive Office Professional to provide essential backup support across various administrative and operational functions at Sponsler - Donley Automotive. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can efficiently handle office clerk duties, title clerk responsibilities, posting deals, managing online titles, preparing dealer trades & wholesale paper/title work, looking over accounting schedules, and filing tasks to ensure smooth dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup support for office clerk and title clerk duties as needed.


• Assist with the accurate posting of deals and processing of paperwork.


• Manage online title submissions and track their progress to ensure timely completion.


• Prepping paper/title work for dealer trades & Wholesales.


• Help maintain the accounting schedules by performing regular clean-up and updates.


• Organize and file important documents to maintain a well-structured and accessible office environment.


• Support the administrative team with other duties as assigned to help maintain dealership efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an office or administrative role within the automotive industry is preferred.


• Familiarity with dealership operations, especially related to titles and deal posting is preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.


• Proficiency with standard office software and dealership management systems.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Reliable and able to work independently when necessary.
