Job Description - Automotive Office Support Staff/Biller

All American Ford in Old Bridge is one of the top dealerships in the U.S. and we are hiring! We currently have an open position for an Automotive Office Support Staff/Biller with strong CDK dealership accounting experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team. There is a great demand for new & used cars and we are looking for enthusiastic and determined professionals to represent our dealership. This position calls for an individual with strong work ethics, determined to excel in this industry and wants to be a part of the All American Family!

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, managing accounts receivable, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring accurate posting in CDK.

This position has the compensation of $25 - $30 hourly.

Responsibilities

Post sales deals in CDK

Enter warranty contracts with Ford

Billing responsibilities

Work with the accounting team to track and resolve discrepancies

Support the dealership team with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

CDK experience is required (must have)

1+ years of experience in automotive office support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
