Job Description - Automotive Paint Technician

We have a great full-time opportunity for a Collision Paint Technician to join our growing and fast-paced automobile dealership. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No Weekends!!

Wage: Negotiable based upon experience

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve exact matches.
Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray equipment.
Inspect and correct any paint imperfections before delivery.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.
Execute standardized work as defined
Complete duties as assigned by Managers

The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position:

Minimum of two years of automotive body work experience.
I-car Training helpful.
Positive customer service attitude.
Team orientated.
