About Us

We are a high-volume, fast-paced collision center in San Diego. We pride ourselves on top-tier craftsmanship, accurate color matching, and flawless, glossy finishes. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Automotive Painter to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion and eliminate flaws.


• Paint Application: Mix, match, and apply base coats, clear coats, and multi-stage finishes using state-of-the-art spraying equipment.


• Color Matching: Utilize spectrophotometers and advanced color theory to achieve perfect factory-spec or custom color blends.


• Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for runs, sags, or debris; perform color sanding, buffing, and polishing.


• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant booth and follow all local environmental and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on automotive refinishing and paint experience in a dealership or collision center.


• Strong eye for detail, color, and finish quality.


• Deep familiarity with mixing systems, spray guns, and HVLP technology.


• Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record.


• Ability to physically stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
