What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Advisor, you’re a key player in keeping our service department running smoothly and our customers on the road. You’ll be the go-to expert for parts knowledge and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  Managing parts inventory and tracking expenses efficiently

  Coordinating with the Service Manager to ensure parts are available for timely repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Training and supervising counter associates to exceed performance goals

  
  


• 
  

  Delivering top-tier customer service and handling concerns with professionalism

  
  


• 
  

  Staying current on warranty guidelines, manufacturer policies, and return procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Hiring, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing parts team

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining an organized, well-stocked inventory system

  
  


• 
  

  Pricing parts accurately and updating systems regularly

  
  


• 
  

  Prioritizing safety, compliance, and exceptional service across all interactions

  
  

 What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  2+ years experience in automotive parts and/or sales (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

  
  


• 
  

  A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
