Larson Cadillac is looking for an entry-level Parts Advisor to join our service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about cars, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a respected dealership group. No prior parts experience is required—we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Cadillac parts and accessories.
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians by fulfilling parts requests quickly and accurately.
• Learn how to manage inventory, stock, and ordering.
• Keep the parts department organized and running smoothly.
• Deliver excellent customer service while learning the fundamentals of dealership operations.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                  o Eligible to use after 90 days of employment.

                  o Accrual schedule:

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.
