Automotive knowledge is a plus, but dealership parts experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  

  Assist customers and technicians with their parts needs

  
  


• 
  

  Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service

  
  


• 
  

  Learn to look up, identify, and order automotive parts

  
  


• 
  

  Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not in stock

  
  


• 
  

  Process special-order parts requests

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts availability and order status

  
  


• 
  

  Check in, stock, and organize incoming parts orders

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with inventory management and daily department operations

  
  


• 
  

  Follow company policies and safety procedures

  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive knowledge or experience preferred, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Good organizational skills and attention to detail
