Larson Volkswagen is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to support our high-performing parts department. What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers—both in-person and over the phone—in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts fulfillment.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory levels, including stocking, tracking, and ordering.
• Keep the parts department clean, efficient, and well-stocked for daily operations.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                  o Accrual schedule:

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
