Description of the role:

The Automotive Parts Associate at Renn Kirby Auto Group plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and efficiently managing the parts and accessories inventory. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, solid knowledge of automotive parts, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing the required automotive parts and accessories


• Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers


• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner


• Maintain organized and up-to-date parts inventory


• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations


• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries


• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and warranties


• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints

Requirements:
