Responsibilities

• Fill technician repair order requests


• 
  
  Interact with busy wholesale business
  
  


• Provide excellent service to retail counter customers


• Process daily factory shipments


• 
  
  Provide estimates for parts needed for repairs
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate warranty part returns
  
  

Requirements

• 
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
  
  


• 
  
  At least 1 year of experience as a retail or wholesale parts consultant
  
  


• 
  
  Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  
  


• 
  
  Fast, eager learner and team player
  
  


• 
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Strong customer service skills
