🔧 Your Role:
As a Parts Counter Associate, you'll work directly with customers and service technicians to efficiently sell and source parts. You'll ensure accurate transactions, timely updates on part availability, and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.

🔑 What You'll Do:
•    Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and purchases
•    Suggest companion parts, specials, and product lineups
•    Pull parts from stock and process orders for delivery, shipment, or pickup
•    Order non-stocked parts based on availability
•    Support service technicians in sourcing repair parts
•    Provide clear communication on pricing, availability, and ETA

✅ Requirements:

•    Must be at least 18 years old
•    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•    Authorized to work in the U.S.
•    Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
•    Prior experience in parts or automotive retail is preferred
