Job Description - AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COUNTER PERSON





Description

This person will have a strong understanding of automotive parts, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the correct parts, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and providing expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be a self-starter, and have prior auto repair experience. Understand and interpret parts catalogs, both electronic and printed.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and parts is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Be able to work every other Saturday.
  • Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check.
