Toyota of Fort Walton Beach is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong background in parts sales, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Utilize the parts inventory management system to maintain proper stocking levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Complete special order part requests for both customers and service personnel.
• Communicate effectively with customers on parts status and with service department personnel to provide updates.
• Ensure all warranty parts are properly retained and returned to the manufacturer as required.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department 
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
