Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts.


• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using inventory management systems.


• Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure stock availability.


• Collaborate with service technicians and sales staff to support customer needs.


• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.


• Handle returns and warranty claims as per company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive parts or related retail environment preferred.


• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to use computer systems for inventory and order processing.


• CDK experience preferred


• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.


• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
