Automotive Parts Counter Person - BMW

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Person with our BMW Dealership. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term position where they can utilize their professional automotive parts experience to contribute to our continued success and be a part of an outstanding team!

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Establish an ongoing support relationship with wholesale customers by answering questions and assisting them in obtaining needed parts.
• Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's needs and promoting the benefits of using genuine parts. Use parts equipment and information resources to accurately identify needed parts.
• Assist clients and wholesale accounts via phone, including providing quotes.
• Maintain inventory levels on shelves and in bins by reporting items needing to be reordered, identifying any discrepancies in stock levels, and returning unsold items to stock.
• Delivers a seamless and personalized automotive experience to internal and wholesale clients.
• Inventory work including: pulling & filling orders, following up on backorders, restocking inventory, etc.

PAY: $70,000 - $75,000 Annually (Salary + Commission)

• Clean and valid NY Driver's License
• Previous parts department experience or BMW experience preferred.
• Experience in CDK preferred.
• Must be able to handle items up to 80 pounds.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
