Job Title: Full-Time Parts Associate
Location: Lehighton Kia
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturdays & Sundays Off)

Lehighton Kia is looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Parts Associate to join our team! If you have automotive parts knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and stock parts inventory accurately and efficiently


• Locate and provide parts to technicians in the service department


• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts sales and inquiries


• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts department


• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy


• Work closely with service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems


• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and process orders


• Valid, clean driver’s license


• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
